Who We Are
Life Network, Inc. dba-Network Medical Pregnancy Resource Center is a 501C3 non-profit faith-based organization. We are a licensed medical clinic by the California Department of Health - License #550000675 - with medical professionals on staff during all medical hours.
Our mission is to erase the need for abortion through effectively serving pregnant and at risk women by transforming their fear into confidence. Our unique ministry in the Santa Barbara community has been helping men and women with unplanned pregnancies for over 25 years. By reaching out with love in tangible ways, hundreds of babies are alive, and their parents are free from the possible trauma of abortion.
We believe that life begins at conception, and that every person, no matter how small, has the inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness
- Abortion: It is our position that every abortion claims an innocent life; therefore, we do not provide or refer patients for abortions. We include abortion procedure information and the risks and side effects in our option education.
- Birth Control: Network Medical does not provide or refer patients for birth control. We believe it is unprofessional to offer a remedy that is not 100% effective against unwanted pregnancy or sexually transmitted disease in sexual relationships outside of marriage. We encourage a commitment to abstinence because it is the only 100% effective way to prevent against pregnancy and disease. We refer all married couples to consult with their family doctor for contraceptives.
Who We Are Not
We do not, under any circumstances, show women shocking photos of mutilated fetuses, induce guilt, or use any negative tactics to influence a women's choice. We do not benefit financially from any decision.
We adhere to strict guidelines with each and every woman, explaining their options with medically accurate and factual information. In full respect to the woman, complete information is the only way an informed decision can be made.
